Coach/Staff Registration
Kauai Youth Football is a year-round organization with Spring Season that runs from the month of January through May and a Fall Season that runs from July through November.
Coach and Staff will need to provide a photo of their Driver's License/State ID, sign the Adult Waiver and Release of Liability Form and Adult Image Release Form.
