Kauai Youth Football is a year-round organization with Spring Season that runs the months of January through May and Fall Season that runs the months of July through November.
Coach and Staff will need to provide a photo of their Driver's License/State ID, sign the Adult Waiver and Release of Liability Form and Adult Image Release Form.
